  NPP GOVT SHOULD KNOW THAT WE ARE IN AGE OF TECHNOLOGY ONE COMPUTER CAN PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF THREE DEPUTIES IN ACCRA AND THE REGIONAL OFFICES. COMPUTERS SHOULD DO THE JOB
