Too many homes no toilets
governments have come and gone with very little efforts to alleviate the plight of the ordinary citizens. rather what they do is to enrich themselves and cronies leaving the poor citizens at the mercy of poverty.
I wonder if our politicians do not know the maslow's theory of need.....safety before self actualisation. How can u be in the classroom if are diseased......let them revise their policies with wisdom

the provisions of toilets is not the govt job. That is the homeowners job, the govt job is to arrest and prosecute those who defecate openly. Period.

Just be fast and remove that grant. These same politricksians are those sponsoring the pollution of water bodies with their galamsey activities. When these funds then they divert them.
