This problem needs urgent presidential/ministerial intervention. Sack the minister, if he is incapable of providing an effective resolution of the problem.

i think that the ICC should take corruption at the government level very serious and do some prosecutions out of it, because if you withdrew the grants, it is the innocent people who are going to suffer, so the finance minister who authorized the misused of the grant must be punished

And sanitation officers should go around and inspect every house and those that do not have toilet facilities should pay a monthly penalty until they build one. Ghana should be better than this.

You have to go to the ground and work instead of just throwing money to government officials who have not living in such communities and so do not understand the complications and nature of the situation. Put the money at where the problem is. contact the youth and the people in the community directly. if you want to see a real change, you have to be real. Cutting Funds won't solve the problem.

Do we have to blame the Govt. always? NO ! We Ghanaians our mindsets are so bad that we do not care about our environments.
Perhaps the difference between the Developed and we the under developed is our SANITATION.
I don't think any Ghanaian will return from abroad to Ghana and go to Labadi Beach to ease himself. The question is why not in America, why not in London, Why not in Germany but in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale others. Truly speaking, the villages and rural areas are better than the so called "African Cities".
One common answer. The Villagers like the foreign economies RESPECTS THE LAW AND NORMS.
Change your mindsets and grow up.!!
NO ONE CAN DO IT BETTER FOR US THAN OURSELVES .
