Akufo Addo should appoint 275 Ministers to each constituency in addition to the 110. He should also appoint 216 Ministers for each district and make nonsense to the prestige and importance of a minister of state. Akufo Addo should also half all their benefits and make Ministers ordinary civil and public servants.

He will meddle in the tender process and make sure that his party members age given all procurement and tenders.

Ghana is the world's leading country with highest number of illiterate literates. They feel they are messrs know it all but know nothing.
You need to ask yourselves, how did South Korea, Singhapore and Malaysia do it? Stop been stupid.
You always compare your open defication country to UK, USA, Germany, etc. In these countries their cities have separate governments to run them besides the federal governments.

That means you try to save more money and collect more revenue to pay off the debt.
When your public debt management is efficient,the interest rate comes down and increase your credit worthiness.
Besides,you can also manage the repayment of your debt efficiently by not overburden the state coffers and putting pressure on the local currency.
I'm not surprised the Finance Minister didn't tell us in his Maiden budget how his govt plans to pay the huge public debt or when interest rate at the banks will come down.Sometime is really wrong with this extravagant public expenditure.Thank you.

You may also add their Deputies, Principal Secretaries, the whole chain of command down to Drivers and their Messengers, not withstabding all the Body Guards and Night Watchmen in all the Ministries. When are we going to learn from the common sense of governance?
