Also at the beginning of Kufour's Presidency. The same scenario has repeated itself also at the beginning of another NPP Presidency under Nana Akuffo Addo.
Why must there be such tragic incident anytime NPP takes over governance of the State of Ghana? And always at the inception of such Government? Isn't something wrong somewhere?
