let's think the other way. This lawyer is rather very wise and a true ghanaian. he will get paid well for his "stupid" defence and that arab camel will still lose the case and the lady will receive damages.

Or because of your profession, for kudi gains, knows no boundary between sanity and sheer wickedness? How can an employee be treated in this manner at this age? I wish this was done in the UK where I know this poor young lady would have been dipped in some compensation your client would have sold his entire estate to be able to pay just a part of the fine. Ghana is not an Islamic state where men could dictate the law in their favour. This lady never bought that lousy and noisy machine to start with. Tell the client you can't defend him. He could kill if he has his way, I guess, and try to get away with the murder.
