Amateurish indeed. When we read these sorts of stories, one gets the feeling of "keystone cops" bumbling into each other. This story of an alleged tape from a Member of Parliament, surfaced several days ago. If Kamara is a thief, on the scale that we are being told he is, then he would have moved those cars. Ghana is a place where can occasionally encounter cars parked in remote forests. Ghana (and Nigeria), are places where everybody steals. Ghanaian officials are beginning to steal on a scale similar to what goes on in Nigeria. They do not want a witch hunt, but they routinely engage in behavior which invite being caught in a witch hint Web. Buhari, in Nigeria, is showing the way. A comprehensive look at these people, on an international scale, should be instituted. The American and British governments have laws in.place which help victim countries to recover stolen loot though the standard of proof is high. Beyond that, an inquiry can be made on the home front comparing the assets of these thieves to their known income. Any large discrepancies must be explained by the person involved. Any person whose explanation is that a house or car or chair was given to him as a gift must then produce evidence of such a gift and the "giver", of the gift must then also be subject to an audit. A search of banks in the US and Britain and South Africa and Dubai and Cayman Islands and Panama and other places must be undertaken subject to their respective laws. Ghanaians spread rumors. It's a national pastime, so a verification inquiry is necessary.

Bullet is most dangerous criminal,that guy created criminality ghetos everywhere he goes and claiming that Npp politicians are sponsoring him with weapongs. Bullet moved from Tamale to Accra when Npp won the elections,Bullet came with his boys with arms,guns,machetes,knifes drugs.
