the clearance was given in Nov 2016 n to hv commenced wk in Jan but change of govt caused the npp to put hold on DE recruitment n hs now lifted.

What type of deceit is this? The NDC had already recruited them but npp wanted to take the credit for it, so they put it on hold and brought the same thing back. Who are they fooling
