  Which I am sure was supposed to be done regularly, maybe yearly, but nobody really felt like doing it and so it was not done.
  
  And after this audit, maybe with a lot of luck, there will be one or two more and then it will be forgotten again until the next disaster strikes.
  
  Am really sad that I will not live long enough to see REAL change in this country.
