One of our biggest problem right now is the lack of governance.Anybody can do ahything they like and get away with it.We cannot allow people to install billboars,transformers and other structures without permit and adequate safety inspections.If a billboard Operator cannot get it inspected and certified every 6 months then we shouldn't allow them to operate.

The company can give reasonable amount to cater for him but the whole of his life. The government has to come in to help because money was paid to the government before the billboard was put out there

Has Kwesi Pratt ever condemned Ghana Government for sinking millions of tax payers’ money into the annual Hajj operation to Mecca? This same Kwesi Pratt is always quick to condemn Israel and supports the Palestinian cause but will never condemn the slavery of black Africans by Arabs in Mauritania. Why is it so? Your guess is as good as mine. Kwesi Pratt has insatiable appetite for free money and so will do everything to solicit cheap oil money from rich Muslim nations. Shame on Kwesi Pratt. Sad! There should be enough competent lawyers in Ghana to file a suit against the company that erected the billboard so as to claim a life-long compensation for the victim, although money cannot replace the damage caused.

This company should be sued heavily and also, make sure that they take good care of you for the rest of your life. Your whole family should also be compensated. Please, don't take the amount they are giving you. The government should intercede and assist you to fight this fight.
