In fact, it does not even matter whether or not she was on her way to begin a foreign trip. What is at stake is Justice for her, as a victim. And the Courts should not bother about what destination she had in mind to visit. A case of robbery is what needs be established, prosecuted and the perpetrators duly penalized.
