  E-MAILS FROM THE INBOX.
  THAT AS A RESULT THOSE WHO PERPETRATED THE CYBER/INTERNET RELATED
  CRIMES AND ARE NOW IN POSSESSION OF THE E-MAILS AND LEFT ONLY 468
  MAILS IN THE INBOX TURNED THEMSELVES AS MYSELF AND NOT ONLY STEALING
  MY PERSONAL IDENTITY BUT ALSO ANY RELATED NOTIFICATIONS OF AWARDS AND
  DONATIONS, THERETO.
  THAT IT IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUES THAT WHILE PERSONALLY CONTINUED
  WORKING THE CRIMINALS STEALING THE REWARDS FROM ME AND IT IS VERY
  CRIMINAL TO RESORT TO SUCH DIABOLICAL ACTS.
  THAT BOTH FBI AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND SOME INTERNATIONAL
  ORGANIZATIONS ARE STILL SENDING THE E-MAILS INTO BOTH THE G-MAIL AND
  THE YAHOO MAIL AND THE CRIMINALS TOOK AND CONTINUED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE
  OVER ME AND STEALING/REMOVING THE E-MAILS FROM THE INBOX.
  THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THE CRIMINALS TO BE AWARE OF THAT THE
  E-MAILS, OTHERWISE, THE ELECTRONIC MAILS ARE LETTERS WRITTEN BY THE
  ADDRESSOR TO THE ADDRESSEE AND POSTED OR SENT TO THE ADDRESSEE E-MAIL
  ADDRESS.
  THEREFORE, TO PURPORT OR RESORT TO STEAL OR REMOVE THE E-MAILS FROM
  THE INBOX IS AS THE SAME AS STEALING SOMEONE'S MAIL FROM HIS/HER
  LETTER BOX.
  THAT IS HOW SERIOUS THE MATTER UNDER CONCERNED RAISED TO AND THAT
  EVERY STEPS TO BE TAKEN TO INVESTIGATE THESE MATTERS AND TO RETRIEVE
  ALL STOLEN MAILS AND MONEYS, DONATIONS AND AWARDS, THERETO.
  THAT THE E-MAILS ARE NOT ONLY HANDOUTS BUT QUALITY INFORMATION OF THE
  AGE OF THE WORLD AS "INFORMATION AGE WHICH HELPS IN QUALITY
  DECISION/POLICY FORMULATION PROCESS," THERETO
  RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.

  This is an excellent idea but the problem is WHO MAKES THE APPOINTMENT ? Let us learn from THE FRENCH SYSTEM !!!!! THAT IS ALL WE HAVE TO DO. THE FRENCH SYSTEM MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR EVEN PAST PRESIDENTS TO BE PROSECUTED. IT ...

THE FRENCH SYSTEM MAKES IT POSSIBLE FOR EVEN PAST PRESIDENTS TO BE PROSECUTED. IT PROTECTS THE PRESIDENCY ALSO SINCE ANY MINISTER OR APOINTEE CAN BE INVESTIGATED AND CHARGED. LET US HAVE IT.

  You have the right to make suggestions but don't try to impose your will on the government after all it was their own decision to create that office.The government needs a free hand to do what is good for the country and moreover they need somebody they can trust and not somebody impose on them to undertake this task.Anybody who has a clean hand should not be worried

  Good idea, but the President should be allowed to do the appointment in consultation with the Council of State. Mr. Short was around when ex-President Mahama appointed the current Electorial Commissioner but never raised a finger. Mr. Martin Amidu could be the best choice, but for obvious reasons, NDC will kick against it.

  Special Prosecutor could be appointed by a committee via the President.It should not be the President alone as two or three heads are better than one.
