  If we cannot use oil money to educate the youth we might as well ceace to use cocoa money to grant scholarships. It would mean, CMB will henceforth pay a higher level price for cocoa purchased, to our hard working cocoa farmers. After a decade, we would come to a realization of how naive we had been.
