Ghana has known no real peace since 1979, with the establishment of PDCs and even civilians who were PDC officially/unofficially using AK47. Sophisticated guns went into wrong hands. That was when armed robbery started. Do you remember Jack Beble, the Gold Bullion robber? Ghana thus have raised imbeciles, lawless and atmed robbers since '79.
