I would rather they made this a permanent position instead of each president appointing their own prosecutor.And I think Amidu has more than shown his independence and tenacity to chase the truth no matter where it took him.

We are going to use the special prosecuter to prosecute ndc thieves so we must be careful anybody at all including ndc sympathizer or member don't get that appointment.

That the constitution gives the president prerogative to make these appointments? I wish he'd suggested this to John Cribo Mahama when he preemptively made his controversial appointments of the Auditor General, The CHRAG commissioner and etc in the lame duck period. Mr former CHRAG commissioner I hope you're not trying to put Nana in a different pedigree as far as using his discretion to make these appointments? Because your suggestion sounds discriminatory ok?

Emile Short is not clean himself. He is as corrupt as it goes. Some of us who know what he did nicodemously when he was in charge of CHRAJ feel like throwing up when we hear him pontificating in public.
