  AGE IS NOT THE FACTOR HERE. ONE CAN BE OLD AND STILL SHOWS IMMATURITY. THOUGH NOT EASY OBAMA WAS SMART ENOUGH TO HANDLE US FOR TWO TERMS. SMARTNESS IS THE KEY TO COMPETENCE.
