I don't understand how can illiterate diagnoses a vehicle using computer?Now all these new vehicles have OBD3 how can illiterate diagnoses what the OBD shows on the dashboard?Please come on and be sincere

Maybe there is something that Katanka people are not telling Ghanaians. Thats why every government that has come did not want to invest in them
