Then Hon Ursla Owusu should not be making statements that the NIA will be giving ID cards in May. You can issue cards in May only if you already have signed a contract with a vendor because May is not far away.

Fair enough but we shouldn't ignore Kennedy Agyapongs application,the man is so connected and has Ghana at heart,he's moderate in his dealings with government,he ll not take advantage of the economy or Ghanaians to make outrageous profit at the expense of the state.We should allow fair and open tender process to run,we should also look at capacity to deliver because most of the time contracts re given to people who do not even ve the financial capability.You ll agree with me that the NDC did value for money audit over and over on all contracts Ken Agyapong undertook during npp just to nail him but ended up paying him after several years of delay but found nothing,we should also make and sustain businessmen and women and not engage in destroying them as the NDC did to many people both in their party and outside same.
