  You keep saying Africa has resources than developed countries. No intellectual should ever make such stupid comments. Where is the technology to develop these resources?. You've no manufacturing base, no innovation, no technology, no innovation or ambition. Just raw materials isn't enough. You can't even build common toilets. Hence you resort to open defecation. You no common drinking water. The engineers produced over the years cannot even design and produce a pump. So what are you saying?. Just bullshit madam.

  I think what she is talking about is the kind of partnership between Africa and China. We all know we lack the human capital to attract manufacturing and technology firms, but Ms. Armah is saying we should negotiate better deals. It doesn't take innovation to do that.

I am sick and tired of this old repeated phrase: We have the natural resources....and so? Our universities are useless. What is our science and technology varsity doing up to date? Is it a conclusion that we simply can't do things ourselves? So many questions......

  You have no idea what you are talking about. Between the Chinese and the West the latter is the the lesser evil. At least the west have some respect for our environment when they are engaged in any activity affecting the environment. Again, the Chinese are more corrupt and would engage in acts that will do more harm to our economy than the west. The only advantage of dealing with China is in the fact that their assistance to us is less bearaucratic, more expeditious than that from the west but they come with grave consequences such as we are experiencing with the 'galamsey' menace.

  The question should not be about whether Africa's economy is being taking over by China. Why is Africa allowing itself to be taken over by USA, Europe, China or Christianity. Africa is gaping wound with lazy greedy leaders more interested in stealing their countries wealth and depositing the loot in western banks.
