Kwaku Sakyi Addo has just said everything I have always been preaching to my friends. There are many steps to take in order to reduce corruption to the barest minimum. One of the easiest ways is to take away the physical handling of cash by all who do business for the government in behalf of the people. Electronic payment should be the way to go.

Does he mean death of cash as we know it? I don't agree with Sakyi Addo on this. What if bribes are paid in cash but payment for the requisite service is done with mobile payment? Hos does that curb corruption?

When you are designing a system that works, that system must be foolproof. If the system leaves loopholes that can still be exploited, then work-done is Cos90.
