I support your stand 100 percent because when you go to the three northern region of ghana.they don't select non indigene as MCE to lead them but when u come to south non indigene are selected as MCE to manage the resources or rule our the indigene.look at places like ejura,non indigenes for the past have been selected as MCE and they are not doing nothing just stealing the municipal funds.
