We have ourselves to blame because we are people who do not want change in our primitive culture. All around the world many countries continue to improve by changing their culture(the way of life) but in Africa we do not want change and we are left behind. Others have life expectancy of 85, but our's is below 60, all because we still believe in superstition, miracles, etc instead of the scientific way of solving problems.
