Simply reduce number of Ghanaian Missions/Embassies abroad. Merge some operations. we don't need to have Missions everywhere. Place several countries under one Mission to ensure efficiency. Think madam Minister. It is called ... read full comment

Ghanaian Missions abroad should be disciplined for their inabilty to deliever quality service. For example the staff of the Ghana Embassy in Berlin Germany is frustrating diasporians in obtaining Visa to visit relatives back in Ghana. After fulfilling all requirements for Visa Application and visa is granted online, an applicant can wait up to 2 months before getting his or her passport posted. To me this is very frustrating. The government of Ghana should task the mission in Berlin to deliever quality service since visa application fees have been increased more than 100 percent over the past two years.
