  Because of the amount of corruption in Ghana, everyone (esp. those abroad) will believe Gerald Nus, the white guy, than GFA or Ghanaians. He should have been paid more quickly than allow him to "spill the beans" to the media.

This is why I still anmd will forever hold OSAGYEFO KWAME NKRUMAH in high esteem.This guy cannot behave like this in Kwame Nkrumahs Ghana when the Black Star was flying high and pride of the Ghanaian was beyond compare.I hope President Nana Addo would return the country on a good path to encourage patriotism and pride in our people.As for the GFA leadership I dont know what to say but I think I would have to write what is on my mind personally to my brother Kwesi Nyantakyi.Please no more foreigner coaches because they are a waste of resources for nothing.

He is responsible for the extras, just like anybody else. It is his bill and he must pay up before leaving. Who does he think he is? The extras were not forced on him. He took and must pay. This has nothing to do with the gfa.

NUS WASNT STAYING THERE UNDER TEAM AUSPICES. HE WAS STAYING THERE BCOS HE AS ADVISED BY GFA TO WAIT FOR HIS MONEY. GFA CAUSED ALL THIS MESS BY NOT DOING THINGS PROFESSIONALLY. NEXT TIME, GET ALL EMPLOYEES TO SIGN A CONTRACT. BCOS OF GFA STUPIDITY AND LACK OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. U REFUSED TO ET THIS MAN TO SIGN A CONTRACT STIPULATING TERMS OF PAYMENT.   You are obsessed with the idea that a foreign coach is more effective than an indigenous one.That's a fallacy! What,for example,did Avram Grant do,coaching our players,that was so special that Akwasi Appiah cannot do?
  
  Late C.K.Gyamfi, Osam Duodu and others excelled.We have local coaches who can competently manage our players.Pay them the attractive salaries you pay the foreign coaches and they will perform satisfactorily.

  Why did he over stay? Whose fault? What was agreement to pay him-after finishing his job or a month or two month after finishing his job. Do we Ghanaians think we can treat everybody the same. How can someone work for 6 months to one year without pay and you still expect that individual to come to work and nobody sees nothing wrong with it.Yet we get money to give to some people for no work done, buying cars and giving out expensive houses for some people in the name of politics. What are our priorities? Not everybody will understand our culture so Mr Nus has every right not to pay any extra expenses. The Hotel management should demand the money from GFA. Do you think he would incurred those extra extra expenses if payment was made on time?

  With all the facts known, assuming Mr Nus was not a white man but a black man from a different African Continent, the real question becomes was the GFA fair. Fine you agreed to pay the guy's food and accommodation, but not the mini-bar and what not. How do you expect the man to live the lifestyle he knows if he was getting paid on time. And is the GFA adding interest that he had agreed to? Let's all treat each other fairly. We all know some people in the GFA are rotten. Perhaps not all but the all the shot callers are one way or the other motivated politically. And it's a shame. Sports is the one thing that bring nations together. If not, some of the rich people in Ghana wouldn't be footballers. Because they make their money outside of the country. Should they also be treated the same?
