On voting day people went looking for Lordina on the ballot to vote for her and once she was not on it they went back home without casting their vote. Lordina should contest the next election . I have no opinion on the issue. However, I think they can be transformed into national guards. In this capacity, they can assist police and the army in various capacities. This is just my humble opinion.

It is incumbent upon the President to promptly use his Executive Powers to ban these groups, pending a full Parliamentary pronouncement to support such action.

Surely, our Constitution may allow us the right to assemble and form groups. But in the case where such groups are inimical to the security of the Nation and the Citizens, the Executive could move to proscribe them.

It is very doubtful that these groups are even properly registered with the appropriate Agencies to be allowed to operate.

We simply cannot allow vigilantism become a norm for livelihood. That spells a real Banana Republic or a failed State.
