  Name those you think are tribalistic. Like those who vote on block for a specific party i.e. 99%.
  
  Like why most of the institutions top men and women are headed by a minority tribe in Ghana. Why the security services are filled with unqualified persons from a particular tribe. Why most of the Akans live in their own region or Accra, whilst their lands are being continuously being invaded with other tribes, who just come and dirty the place and create slums. All this mess started in 1981-2000. Then ask who was in power during those times. Then you will have the answer to your hypothesis.

  I have never encountered in my life the most Triblaistic ethnic group than the Ewes . Their display of tribal cards in every aspect of the institutions is so alarming and needs serious condemnation by opinion and concerned people .
  I know lots of indegious Ghana working in HFC bank in ghana here and how some Ewe mafias in the bank re displaying shear tribalistic against their fellow Akans is so bad.
  These Ewes take pride in witch- hunting the AKANS and reporting them to the high authority of the banks - MD robert le hunte without any basis . No investigation is carried out to verify whatever the akans people have done to deserve that in HFC bank but all these re done to paralyze the Akans and mere sabotage.
  The notable Ewes behind this uncouth behaviors re FRANK LAWOE - Head recoveries , Benjamin DJOBOKU GM Finance and one Adoe - shareholder ( who's like a dummy god for the ewes cos of stake in the bank) . These " criminals" and tribalistic operators re not helping the bank to move on. What they hate most is to see an AKAN person prospering and is like craze thing for them (that's if u pose a threat to ewes in terms of quality display of ur duties , u become their enemy for life ).
  So this tribalisti canker has germinated so deep in the county that most dedicated Akans re reluctant to work for the country .
  But Ewes should know that " Akans " re born to succed , to lead and to govern and wiithout akans this country cannot progress .
  Ghana was once for the akans ( Ewes from Togoland ) but due to civilization , these have become like a history . The management of the bank should act quickly to ameliorate this institutional saboteurs to bring sanity into the work populance and the country .

Thank God for NPP that cut across tribes because wisdom and knowledge plus competent people always lead the party and I will always support NPP no matter what

  Good one there Mr.Osei but as to weather we take this advice is another matter we are all one people weather u are fante, dagomba, ga, ewe, frafra or bono we are all created by the Almighty God. Long live Ghana.
