Here we call it information and when a party had excluded a vital information likely to have influenced the agreement, when it comes to knowledge of the other party, it is within its right to call for review. If there are legitimate grounds for review the other party has no choice but to accede to the review.

The fact that a contract was signed based of fraud doesn't making it a legally binding.
In any case the GoG has enough ammunition in the report to cancel the contract and if challenged by AMERI in arbitration the GoG will win.
