How could we procure this power plant worth USD220million for USD510million? And they intentionally drafted the agreement such that it could not be varied easily. Now they are threatening us with judgement debt. If we can renegotiate or cancel the agreement either John Mahama and his bunch of looting brigade must go to jail to serve as a deterrent for all who will enter into any such agreements in future. Here we call it information and when a party had excluded a vital information likely to have influenced the agreement, when it comes to knowledge of the other party, it is within its right to call for review. If there are legitimate grounds for review the other party has no choice but to accede to the review.
Please let us stop the nonsense of pitching our camps on national issues and play a constructive and positive roles. Ghana is bigger than CPP,NPP,NDC etc.

The fact that a contract was signed based of fraud doesn't making it a legally binding.

In any case the GoG has enough ammunition in the report to cancel the contract and if challenged by AMERI in arbitration the GoG will win.

These latter day expects should spare us with their uninformed analysis.

What a hell did a $210 million deal with GE ended up to $510 with an obscured UAE prince? The same goes with KARPOWER; they just made capital out of the DUMSOR. We need to deal with them and send them to court to answer all these fraudulent deals. It's very sad. Mahamh is the most corrupt incompetent leader ever to lead Ghana. Our national debt jumped from ghc9.5 billion to ghc120 billion from 2009 to January 2017 with little to show for. It's very sad. The people paid Registration fees of 100ghs. When will this robbery and stealing stop. Please if any of honorable members can alert any fm stations about this scrupulous act it will serve a purpose. A lady was even charge 700ghs before he's was fixed.
