  I must first commend ZL for the good job they are doing. But unfortunately, instead of managing the waste, they only sometimes transfer the waste from one locality to another. There is a community just close to the Barwah Bar ...

  I must first commend ZL for the good job they are doing. But unfortunately, instead of managing the waste, they only sometimes transfer the waste from one locality to another. There is a community just close to the Barwah Barracks in Tamale where waste collected are dumped but not managed in any way making the whole place look ``ugly.`` It is my plea to ZL that, they manage the waste instead of only transfering them.
