Can someone tell me the import of this message from the CEO of the NPA? What is new, if it is a relaunch say otherwise I take it that you are trying to take credit for what you did not create. Listen to what he says:between 2014 and December 2016 the then management of the Authority identified the leakage and instituted the appropriate measures to plug them by introducing the electronic tracking system which effectively reduced the loss in revenue from 12.3% to 2.3%.

What is the picture you want to paint? Take it easy and add up to what your predecessors left if you cannot better.

Resources slip through in the hands of fraudulants. Loose management. It has to happen before notice. Cannot anticipate possibilities from the early planning. I wonder the technical security expectise. Hmm.
