NDC had more than 110 unofficial cabinet ministers and surrogates and each of them was paid illegally by the government of Ghana, some of these surrogates were added to the pay roll of the various ministries and departments though they were never officially employed under these departments. You think about how stupid this was, Guys like Arku Gunn, Allistor Nelson, Bobby Ansah Kwasi Pratt and many others were attached to the pay roll of the Ministry of information, they can come out and challenge me on this claim. Akua Donkor, John Dumelo, Mr Beautiful, Tracie Boakye and others were paid unofficially and were also given Land Cruiser cars, houses and hefty fringe benefits for doing nothing in particular for Ghana, what a stupidity?

Often times she has no clue what she is talking about. She simply does not understand the nuances of effective communication and she lacks knowledge in the basic tools and strategies to deploy at what time and on what subject market. She was and is a complete flop.

Political communication is like warfare. People who are engaged in it are trained professionals. No one appoints people just because they can speak English and make them spokespersons and communication directors for political campaign for that matter. That will be akin to recruiting young men and women to the battle field and without any training putting guns in their hands. They are certain to shoot and miss their targets and or shoot their own down because they cannot target. The classic case of Joyce Bawa Moghtari
