  Knowing how ROCKSON performed as MCE of Bolga under Chief Thie Kufuor, I was excited he was made UER Minister. And I'm not disappointed.

  IF D OTHER CONTRACTORS HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT, THEN YOU CAN CANCEL THOSE CONTRACTS AS U SUGGESTED.

  I think the Massive education suggested by the regional Minister should not be the duty of the construction firm but rather government and as the head of Government in the Region He must dare the challenge and spearhead the course. Those inhabitants I suppose only need a humble authoritative word from Government. Hon. Minister I wish u well, by then I must commend you on decision to award the contract to only one construction firm. I say bravo.!

  It's not the duty of the contractor to educate the settlers to relocate but rather government /Highway must do that. It's true governance is a continues process therefore, thanks to JDM for this project.

Second thing is that, along the bolga bawku, there are no houses close to the main highway except hawkers who have their kiosks close to the streets somewhere in zebila. So the complaints from the contractor is not true.
