  Mr Akrasi who was the director for food and drug authority says it is cocaine. Why should he be seized for contempt? . I think some brown envelopes were exchanged with the virdict of the drug barons. Shame onto the judges.

  Just completed reading thru the 18-page long judgement and it is clear the judge has solid arguments to back his decision.
  
  Having read Kofi Atta's article on the issue and even wrote to support him, I am in position now to say that much of Kofi's points can't hold.
  
  It was firmly established why the plaintiffs can sue, and not necessarily so by the AG. This position buttresses our own ground for suing for court or law against the Awoamefia impostor and some of his key accomplices even though their actions even involved imprisoning a court bailiff in order to prevent him from serving another [interlocutory] injunction on the accused. Some of them had already been found guilty on contempt judges in the dispute already. I've saved the judgement for future reference.
  
  It is where the statements amount to contempt of court, or the law, that I may differ. I think the respondents should have argued strongly argued that the statements were in reference to a closed case, the granting of bail only, not to the substantive case, and so can't prejudice the substantive case. It's be a tough position to argue but had the plaintiffs already put in the public domain the adverse reasons like previous jumping bail of the accused, people on the run, their being called drug barons, etc., it'd be hard to accuse them of contempt for repeating same. I think the 1st Respondent and their lawyers did a poor job, hence the granting of the bail.
  
  Court cases are based on evidence before the court, and in this case, Judge Baiden definitely seems to have the upper hand.
