  We need to support each other, by being transparent and forthright, but not sycophancy and undermining.

  Loyalty must be first to the NATION. These deputies must only be loyal to the ministers only when the ministers are loyal to the country; only when they are loyal to the Regions and not to the party. They must be first and foremost loyal to the nation and not necessarily to the President. They must not undercut the President but when the leader is wrong, they must be loyal to the Nation.
