The NPP trade mark to always throw out issues without proper understanding and interrogation of such issues themselves is becoming one too many. If the whole money is exhausted as he claims, how then were they going to buy cocoa if the NDC had won the elections? Afterall they had always bought cocoa and paid for it over the years without any problems; or is that this man is trying to say that the monies were squandered between the period the elections were held and the time the NPP took over? Yes, I agree that the salaries of the top executives were too high, but I believe that this was contained in their conditions of service. The Governor of the Bank of Ghana earns a monthly gross salary of 89 thousand cedis; What about that? Let's handle such issues dispassionately and use legal means, including negotiations to resolve them as a nation instead of looking at everything with political lenses just to gain cheap political advantage. I hope that Mr Owusu Agyemang will in the next few months tell the whole of Ghana how much he and his board take as allowances. We will be anxiously waiting for him and other NPP chief executives and board members to reveal their salaries and allowances so that we can measure the level of their patriotism and sincerity.
