  WAS THIS FOLK NOT A MEMBER OF KUFFOUR'S GOVERNMMT WHEN RAILWAY WAS COLLAPED AND ITS ESTATES SHARED AMONGST KUFFOURS NPP MEMBERS.
  
  HOW CAN SUCH A FOLK WHOSE CONSTITUENCY,KETAN, INCHABAN AND ESSIKADU ARE STILLL IN SHAMBLES WITH BROKEN INFRASTURE BE IN THE POSITION TO REVIVE, RENOVATE AND REHABILITATE A BROKEN RAILWAY INDUSTRY IN GHANA.
  
  
  WHAT DOES HE MEAN BY COMMUNITY BASED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. WHO ARE THEY, ARE THEY QUALITY SKILLED WORKFORCE WITH PRACTICAL TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW.

  Railway Minister must introduce Trams services in the cities of Ghana.
  And should also improve the Train services in Ghana.These measures will improve the economy of Ghana.
