  Blame Mahama. He presided over this theft. I know it is an unpalatable thing to say but the buck stopped with him. He was the CEO of Ghana Incorporated and must take responsibility.

  I think all heads of government institutions should be paid based on performance. How many of these so called CEO's have improved their agencies to deserve such huge renumerations? These are money for the boys at the expense ...

  I think all heads of government institutions should be paid based on performance. How many of these so called CEO's have improved their agencies to deserve such huge renumerations? These are money for the boys at the expense of poor Ghana. when cocoa output was declining the CEO pay was rising for poor performance.

  What! GHC75,000 as one person's monthly salary? Do you know that if all civil servants' monthly salaries are added, the amount will not be up to Dr Opuni's one month's salary? Aren't we shopping from the same market? Why then do we keep on saying that there is no money in the country? Let His Excellency do something quickly about this before some greedy bastards sell this country and pocket the money.
