I'm sure they also have coaching training centers that train all promising and successive native coaches.60yrs and we don't have a coaching institution in gh that churns out coaches or supplies africa with coaches. We have failed to invest so now we think imported canned coaches is what is best for us. What have been the results of importing canned trash coaches? Meanwhile, these premier soccer nations like brasil, Argentina, France, Germany,.Spain, portugal, holland, england, italy have all reaped benefits and why can't we emulate their strategies and successes? GFA, sports ministry all fools...

That was then.Have we invested in creating or building a coaching training school to produce coaches for Ghana and africa? No....the reason why premier soccer nations like brasil, Spain, Argentina france, portugal, Germany etc do well is they have invested in such structures. After 60yrs, our govt, gfa have had no foresight in this arena. So now we think it's beat to import canned food foreign cosches. Look at the result.

How/why do you award such big contract to an unheralded/unproductive coach when the non-sponsored league you control is offered a meager cash as operational cost for the entire season? As a boss of a federation such as the GFA how could you urge your men to take bribe to compensate for non-payment of salaries at the discomfort of the clubs you govern? In fact, competency comes to question. As long as change continues to be the watchword these 'Grand Frausters Association' would be haunted or sort after. Beats me
