  He resigned because he was caught and was negligent with the allocation of cocoa syndicated funds 1.8bn $ 400m was transferred to lordina mahama for fertiliser purchases etc he was caught stealing he has security of tenure therefore there was no reason for his resignation he is a thief period like the rest of the mahama gang

  The man doesn't lose anything, in fact he is better off!He will collect his end of service benefits and because he is still young and not damaged, the future is still bright for him.For ages to come his signature would also be on the banknotes of Ghana till those notes are tattered or withdrawn from circulation! Man came to do some, but not all!Its good he is resigning, this would give the NPP chance to do their "own" thing!!!
