Boater is wrong, for singling the NPP. Indiscipline in Ghana is systemic. University lecturers are just as guilty of this as are mechanics or taxi drivers. It is shocking to hear the expression on the street, "y3n aban na aba", since one would think that everyone would want to help their "aban", to succeed. The graft and extortion and theft and corruption, which university lecturers and headmasters of secondary schools will continue. The corruption which was exposed in the Anas judicial expose has not disappeared. The contract inflation that has been part of the civil service has also not gone away. The NPP indiscipline is a.mirror image of the NDC indiscipline. Same is reflected by the traders and street hawkers, who do not conform to simple social rules.
