The predident, his vice, every minister, ministerial appointee, all the state aparatus including arms of the armed forces, navy police, fire dept, all of them have a public relations officer, spokesman (and woman), media consultants, so why do we need a ministry of information if its not just for ruling party propaganda. Scrap it.
