the scenario is inimical to ghana's interests: "create" a factory. 2. invite foreign partners. 3. take a small percentage to let them fleece ghanaians (petroleum example)... for every dollar invested, 4 dollars will be expatriated. this is no different from the ndc electric power deals where a ghanaian makes a contract for foreigners to chop. the odof policy is promising but it will help ghana if only the money invested is multiplied in the ghana financial system. oligarchies and cronyism should also be avoided. (let the insults flow)

This is fantastic and the government should support your vision and Ghanains should patronise it. The meet and the shoe factory should be enough to create lucrative employment and empowering the Fulani's and farmers in Ghana.
