In a NUTSHELL, 'You take your Parliamentarian as you find him' That is why the likes of Kennedy Agyapong are still in Parliament.
So therefore, sacking him amounts to INTERFERING with the Outcome of the Election and DENYING his Constituents their Choice of Parliamentary Representation and 'UNCLOTHES' his Constituents with a Representative over the Period before a new Election is had.
Most Importantly, a SACK will have a CHILLING EFFECT in bringing Conduct that may need to be exposed to the FLOOR of the House.
Ayariga's STANCE is that of a CHILD WHO IS STILL GROWING UP.
