Where is this uncivilised violent behaviour trend coming from in Ghana? How dare a school Bursar lay his filthy hands on a teacher or even a student for that matter? He should just be sacked because how would you expect any Staff member to respect or co-operate with him? Strict disciplinary action at all levels in schools is what is needed so as to stop the stupid action of even students sabotaging their school bus or even dormitories during so called demonstrations - who do they expect to pay for this senseless actions? Oh God, why is civilisation forsaking our beloved Ghana??

That is gross indiscipline. It should be treated as criminal offence and he shd be proscuted when found guilty aside he should be dismissed from the school.
