The parliment needs to be reformed before chaos and disorder ensues.The preceedings lack formal authority and solemn attitude deserving of that body.The Parlimentarians during deliberations remind me of the rowdy meetings we used to have in High school at the end of each term.A strict code of conduct must be enforced and additional authority given to the Speaker to expell and or heavily fine misbehaving parlimentarians.We cannot allow the parliment to descend into free brawls before doing something about it.

The kind of training you should be getting at that your Adabraka HQ's but nobody seems to be giving it to you, you will receive it and learn it at the hands of the NPP today, so you go back to that HQ's and teach it to your fellow misguided clowns in that your party.
