  It is not enough for the President to condemn this illegal group. The appropriate action of the President is to disband the so called Delta Force. He should instruct the IGP to make sure this unauthorised group discontinue functioning in the country. I do not think the constitution permits such rogue groups in our democratic country. How can they operate parallel to the Police?
