  If the kids are fortunate enough to get a quality education they must focus strictly on that and leave business and money matters alone for now.If their parents or guardians see the need for a bank account for them it will be opened and operated aa a joint account.But right now the only thing they should be focused on is their education and enjoying their childhood.

  UNTIL HE/SHE IS 18YRS OF AGE THE BANKING CAN REMAIN IN ADULT HANDS AS CARE TAKER. IT CAN BE START EVEN WEN A CHILD IS BORN BUT ADULT REMAIN THE CARE TAKER UNTIL THE CHILD IS 18YRS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT

  Don't mislead the children and the public. The law as it stands does not debar children from saving before age 18. It does not allow them to run the account on their own because they have not reached the age of majority. So a parent can create a trust account for them and the children can save in that account. When they attain 18 years the accounts are then fully transferred to them. So if a child has money and wants to save he or she can do so at any age. Mind you age limits must also be in tune with other laws and not just stand on their own.

  Ignorance.there is what we call trustee a/cs where the a/c belongs to minor yet gaurnteed by an adult.
