  The Police put up checkpoints only to extort money from motorist instead of checking for real traffic offences like overloading, over speeding etc etc.

  A brother died in Feb through RTA with 3 other persons also prishing , driver run away, police said they know him to be reckless I guess police were receiving bribe as he was never arrested

Road checks must be intensified, random breathalysing of drivers and those caught be suspended or banned for a period of time to serve as a deterrent to others. Reckless drivers are to be banned for longer periods of time.

  The road accident is on ascendency because police officers on our road are more than armed robbers. They are only interested in extortion of money from the drivers. With immediate effect there should be speed ramps at accident prone areas on our roads especially Kasoa- Cape Coast road.
