  Safety on the roads depends on the road users themselves,if we are believers in ourselves to make our roads safely then we need to discipline ourselves on the roads,overspeeding,unnecessary overtakings,using only slow lanes to drive not until we overtake by the fast lanes,vehicle maintenance, and a host of simple road discipline which in our case in ghana has not been applicable,you cannot create a ministry to oversee road saftey while the road users themselves are not disciplined
