  Sack all the training college graduates and employ the teeming university graduates to teach. The training college allowances could be used to offset the finances of the universities, so University graduates can go to school for free and arrest the situation.
  Who on this earth thinks, students who didn't make it to the university, but somehow were able to attend Training Colleges can teach, or impact any meaningful knowledge?
  If anybody has a different opinion let me know......
