  Why do you have to interview a coach who is under contract? You're cheapening yourselves! Suppose you hire such a coach, what assurances do you have that he wouldn't leave his post and go for a lucrative coaching job elsewhere? You're setting a bad precedent. Use your heads, GFA! You should be ashamed of yourselves; and stop wasting time on doing a simple thing like appointing a new coach.

  Get one who is not on contract. Most fans know those who are free so do the right thing.
