  Who Drafted the 1992 Ghana Constitution? Under a failed academic, who by the virtue of the fact that he had an European father and a Ghanaian mother, had subverted the will of the people and entrenched himself on us because he had access to guns as our head of state.
  How many people did he select to draft the 1992 Constitution at the Constituent Assembly? How many of them where from the Army,Police,AFRC,PNDC? This guy chose the Tsikatas and the Kofi Awonoors and any Ewe and Northerner on the land to draft the constitution. Rawlings would not like any General Afrifa and Odartey Wellington,Yaw Boakye and Amedume to rise up and challenge him on CORRUPTION in the future so Justice Adjei, there you have it.
  Rawlings wanted to protect himself of the corruptible his leadership had created so made sure: Tsatsu Tsikata purge all forms of public office holder corruption from the constitution.
  You are a Judge and you know the number of times you had sentenced somebody who stole a farm product from somebody's farm to about 20 years but all the politicians who stole from the public purse are free.

  Massa the only way we can fight corruption in ghana is to put some ppl in prison for 5 to 25yrs then ppl will be steady.In other parts of the world , ppl are jailed so many years for corruption.
